Visiting Cambodia

If you decide to travel to Cambodia, you may need to go throw a travel agency to complete visa formalities, because there is no Cambodian diplomatic mission to Algeria, or you can apply from online e-visa.

Entering Cambodia by land border crossings, even if you are in possession of a valid visa, is not recommended. Instead choose access by international airports. The Cambodian authorities usually require a return ticket and the necessary funds for the entire duration of the stay. Do not hesitate to report to the Embassy of Algeria in Hanoi, any problem or difficulty of entry or boarding you may encounter.

You are strongly advised to exercise heightened vigilance even in big cities, attacks against foreigners are common. Avoid walking alone and do not carry a large amount of money and valuable items.
