Transfer of the consular file

The transfer of the consular file is necessary in the event of a change of place of residence, outside the district of registration.

The transfer request to the consulate covering the new place of residence must be accompanied by the following documents:

• The file transfer request form (as below) duly completed, dated and signed.
• The consular card established by the consulate holding the file.
• A proof of residence
