Registration

The registration constitutes the base of consular management.

It allows the Algerian citizen:

  • to benefit from consular protection.
     
  • to be issued, within the framework of the regulation, any administrative document: identity, travel, civil status.
     
  • the registration allows moreover the registered national to benefit, under the conditions stipulated in the law, from the exemption of the customs rights and taxes on the personal effects and the vehicle imported while returning for good to Algeria.
     
  • to be registered on the electoral list and to thus take part in the political life of his/her country , in the level of the service of registration, through the various polls organized in Algeria.

Any Algerian citizen regularly resident in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia or Myanmar can register near the Embassy.

Algerian who is of age 19 years old is registered on a purely principal basis. The spouse of the main registered, holding the Algerian nationality, and the children under 19 years old are registered on a purely subsidiary basis. The single, widowed or divorced woman is registered has principal title.

Constitution of the file of first registration.

 

The originals with copies of the following documents:

 

  1. The original and a photocopy of the valid Algerian passport.
  2. A birth certificate.
  3. A certificate of registry or failing this a birth certificate of the father if the applicant was born in Algeria or the birth certificates from the two ascending ones in paternal line if the applicant were born with the strange one.
  4. Presentation of the original of document in proof and a photocopy of the visa of stay in Vietnam, or Cambodia or Laos or Myanmar.
  5. A document in proof of occupation: original of the certificate of work
  6. Four (4) recent passport photographs and of the same pulling, 
  7. The marriage certificate and possibly a family card D marital status, if the applicant is married,
  8. A birth certificate of each minor,
  9. A photograph of the foreign spouse, if necessary,
  10. An envelope prepaid for the return of the documents (any type of mail protected with the choice and the load from the applicant).

The nationals previously registered near another consular establishment must ask for the transfer of their file while lodging with our services, the chart of registration in their possession.

The parts required in this case will be required of them as of reception of their file. The delivery of the chart of registration is free. Its validity is five (5) years and it is up to the holder to ask the renewal of it its expiration date.

RENEWAL OF THE CONSULAR CHART Of REGISTRATION:

The following parts will be required:

  1.  The document in proof of residence,
     
  2. A document in proof of occupation (original of the certificate of work or certificate of schooling for the students), These the first two parts is to be produced if a change of residence or activity took place since the last registration.
     
  3. Two (2) recent photographs and of the same pulling,
     
  4. The old chart of registration.
     
  5. The form provided by the service consular and available on this site, duly supplemented

Modification of the personal or family situation of the registered person

The registered person is invited to communicate to the consular services any significant modification of its personal or family situation: marriage, birth and also of Change of address.
